The icon positions and the panel shapes — including the Fan's crescent band and the Grid's fly-out gap — are computed with the same formulas as the real app, and the panel surface matches the app's dark theme. This preview screen is far smaller than a real desktop, so each folder holds fewer shortcuts than the app can.
